Involving an accredited Home Stager allows the you to address potential problem areas that might affect a sale without the risk of offending the homeowner and possibly losing a listing.
An initial consultation consists of a detailed visual analysis of the home beginning at the curb and continuing throughout the entire house addressing issues as:
- pet odor
- clutter
- outdated furnishings, no furnishings
- decor
- repairs
Included are specific areas of concern with specific solutions. My suggestions will be copied in triplicate, one for the homeowner, one for you, one for my records.
